Own day-to-day support, incident resolution, and enhancements for Oracle EBS and ServiceMax/Salesforce environments ensuring system stability and reliable performance.
Provide techno-functional support including issue troubleshooting across Oracle Financial modules and ServiceMax integrations, and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve ERP and field service processes through automation and simplification.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in Agile and DevOps environments.
Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, PL/SQL, and SQL; experience leading full lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
Experience in at least one of these Oracle modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, or Manufacturing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced techno-functional professional comfortable bridging business process knowledge with Oracle ERP technical troubleshooting and ServiceMax/Salesforce integrations.
Operates well in cross-team environments including business SMEs, architects, and delivery/project teams with a focus on system reliability and user impact.
Proficient in root cause analysis, structured problem-solving, and documenting solutions to enhance supportability and process improvements.
