Configure, maintain, and integrate ServiceNow SAM Pro platform including dashboard/report creation and user training.
Contribute to design and development of new SAM tools with AI capabilities within an Agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
4-8 years professional experience in Information Technology; specifically 4-6 years in IT, ITSM, or related technical field.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
Good foundational knowledge of ServiceNow platform; experience specifically with SAM Pro is a plus.
Fluent in English (written and verbal); occasional short-term international travel (~1%).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Technically strong with solid IT systems, infrastructure, or software engineering foundation and interest in growing Software Asset Management expertise.
Experienced or comfortable working in Agile project management environments.
Motivated to learn and apply SAM principles, able to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse global stakeholders.
