Financial Operations & Reporting Manager

Own end-to-end internal and external financial management reporting across five global entities, ensuring 100% accuracy and timeliness.

Manage financial data provision for accounting functions including monthly P&L preparation, cash flow, and accounting support for all group entities.

Support Treasury Head in data flow optimization, dashboard automation, fund forecasts, audit coordination, and variance & scenario analysis.

Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent (MBA/PGDM Finance or CA preferred).

3-5 years experience in financial planning & analysis, MIS reporting, corporate finance, or financial operations, ideally in fintech, startup, or international corporate environment.

Strong proficiency in financial analysis, variance analysis, scenario modeling, and management reporting.

Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Experienced in handling complex multi-currency environments with a structured and accurate approach to financial operations.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to deliver timely and reliable reports.

Preferably seeks a stable, long-term role with growth alongside Treasury leadership, indicating seniority and commitment.
