Manager, Managed Services Accounting & Finance

Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and client service delivery across multiple small and medium-sized U.S. business client engagements.

Manage month-end close activities, review financial statements and supporting schedules, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables aligned with engagement expectations.

Lead and coach team members while coordinating with external audit and tax teams, and optimize finance processes using cloud accounting platforms and technology.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; CA or CPA preferred or eligible to pursue certification upon hire.

Minimum 5 years of accounting experience including at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of GAAP, general ledger accounting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, financial reporting, and experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and reconciliations.

Experience with cloud accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Intacct, NetSuite) preferred; advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential.

Experienced in managing end-to-end accounting and finance operations within a fast-paced, multi-client environment serving small and medium-sized businesses.

Operates with strong technical accounting expertise, client relationship management, and team leadership capabilities.

Proficient in leveraging accounting technologies and cloud tools to improve efficiency and client satisfaction while maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
