Own end-to-end accounts receivable operations ensuring accuracy, control, and timely execution.
Manage cash application, customer account updates, collections follow-up, and dispute resolution.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing, reconciliation, and payment issues and improve receivables performance.
Minimum Requirements
7-10 years of relevant work experience in accounts receivable or finance.
Proficiency in accounts receivable operations including cash application, collections, reconciliations, dispute resolution, and billing.
Strong Excel proficiency and customer communication skills.
Location requirement: Ahmedabad onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in finance & accounts with specific expertise in Order to Cash (O2C) or accounts receivable cycles.
Capable of managing individual contributor role with ownership over day-to-day operations and process improvements.
Comfortable working in a structured finance environment with cross-functional coordination and keen on driving efficiency in receivables.
