Director, Product Strategy and Operations

Develop AI-powered automation to streamline workflows, surface risks, and connect customer insights to strategic priorities.

Significant leadership experience in product strategy, product operations, or closely related product management roles at director level.

Strong expertise in SaaS product portfolio management, strategic prioritization, governance, product performance metrics, and adoption analytics.

Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Pendo), customer feedback management, pricing, packaging, monetization analysis, and AI tools for automation.

Must be based in India and authorized to work there; professional fluency in English required.

Experienced in operating at senior/product leadership levels with direct exposure to executive communication and decision-making.

Commercially minded with strong analytical skills to evaluate business impact and challenge assumptions effectively.

Comfortable collaborating with globally distributed teams and driving disciplined operational processes linking strategy to execution and customer outcomes.
