Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
1+ years of experience in data analytics or BI/technical support roles.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, or SPSS.
Experience with BI platform support, ticketing systems, and technical troubleshooting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and BI tools such as Quicksight, PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker.
Able to troubleshoot complex data issues and optimize database queries and data models.
Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with engineering and analytics teams to resolve product issues and improve support workflows.
