Collaborate closely with user researchers and development teams to translate validated user needs into intuitive, scalable, high-quality user interfaces for complex enterprise (B2B) applications.
Own the end-to-end UI design process including research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, handovers, and quality assurance.
Maintain and extend modular, brand-compliant design systems ensuring consistency across multiple products and teams using expert-level Figma skills.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 9 years of relevant experience in UI design, preferably in enterprise or B2B applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Shared Libraries, Variables & Styles, and consistent use of design systems.
Strong English communication skills; German language skills are a plus.
