Lead design, development, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Sales/Customer Engagement solutions.
Design and implement Azure-based cloud integrations and AI/GenAI capabilities within CRM and business processes.
Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and driving CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
9–12+ years of IT experience with significant expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure development.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE customizations including plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Dataverse architecture.
Proven experience with Azure services (Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, API Management) and AI/GenAI implementations using Azure AI services or Microsoft Copilot.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experienced technical leader with a track record of leading complex Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration projects in enterprise environments.
Proficient in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud and AI solutions with strong architectural and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable driving Agile delivery, mentoring developers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
