R2R Accountant

Own end-to-end Record to Report accounting processes for UK, Ireland, and US entities including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close, and intercompany accounting.

Maintain accurate multi-entity financial records, fixed asset accounting, and support annual financial statements preparation.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, monitor process performance, and support internal/external audits by preparing schedules and documentation.

Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (CA, CMA, or ACCA preferred) with 4 to 7 years overall experience and 2 to 4 years post-articleship in shared services or R2R environment.

Proven independent ownership of month-end close activities including journal preparation, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations, and intercompany accounting.

Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP or similar (SAP, Oracle).

Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and clear English communication skills for collaboration with UK/Ireland finance teams.

Experienced in a Shared Services Centre or offshore finance operations environment with proven ability to meet tight month-end deadlines.

Demonstrates strong technical accounting competence with solid understanding and application of IFRS.

Detail-oriented and proactive with demonstrated accountability in managing complex R2R processes independently.
