Strong analytical skills with ability to define and track key product metrics like activation, retention, and engagement.
Experience owning product areas or features end-to-end with measurable impact.
Strong documentation skills for clear, structured PRDs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Has worked in fast-paced environments, preferably 0→1 or scaling startups, with a full-stack builder mindset including use of AI tools for prototyping and analysis.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior and experience building user-loved products in FinTech, payments, or banking space.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and growth/marketing teams to drive product discovery, execution, and iteration.
