10 to 11 years of EVT (Engineering Validation Testing) experience, offshore role based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and test automation tools like Robot Framework, Karate Framework, PyTest, Selenium, Playwright, and/or Appium.
Experience creating test plans and defining test strategies including manual and automated testing.
Work Experience Required: 10 to 11 years in EVT domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor QA teams in offshore settings, managing multiple testers and aligning work to project needs.
Proficient in both manual and automated testing frameworks and able to optimize testing processes for efficiency.
Experienced in defect tracking and cross-functional collaboration with development teams for rapid issue resolution.
