Manage the monthly financial reporting for Pune office, ensuring accuracy and detailed variance analysis for leadership.
Own the yearly budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts, managing all accruals and deferrals with accuracy using Oracle-based EPBCS and Smart View for variance analysis.
Handle ad hoc finance requests with maturity and timeliness, providing support on daily accounting and finance issues for India employees.
Minimum Requirements
Qualified ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA/ PGDBA Finance or PG in Finance with 9-10 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A, preferably with a US-based company.
Strong accounting knowledge including journal entries and end-to-end understanding of accounting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle ERP, Smart View, and EPBCS.
Excellent written and spoken English; experience working in hybrid mode from Pune office.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience operating in a US-linked FP&A environment with exposure to transfer pricing and intercompany billing.
Leadership experience managing teams and communicating status effectively to senior management across time zones.
Able to deliver accurate financial insights through advanced variance analysis and budgeting tools (Smart View, EPBCS).
