Lead design, prototype, evaluate, and deploy multi-agent AI systems and autonomous workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders and operations teams.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions involving agent architectures, retrieval engines, and human-in-the-loop workflows in institutional platforms such as KYC and regulatory compliance.
Lead rapid prototyping cycles (2-4 weeks) and oversee end-to-end integration with backend, UI, and DevOps teams while managing enterprise governance and model risk compliance.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in applied NLP, GenAI, LLM development, and autonomous agent orchestration.
Advanced Python programming skills (including FastAPI, Asyncio, Pydantic, LangChain) plus strong Java/Spring Boot or TypeScript/Node proficiency.
Experience with multi-agent systems, vector databases (e.g., pgvector, Qdrant), LLM APIs (Claude, GPT-4), and cloud/DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP).
Work Experience Required: 7+ years software engineering with 3+ years in relevant AI fields.
