Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
10+ years in enterprise software engineering, application development, platform delivery, or technology leadership roles.
Proven software engineering team leadership experience in a global or matrixed organization.
Strong hands-on skills with enterprise Java, REST APIs, SQL, data integration, ETL, Snowflake/cloud data platforms, and vendor platform technology adoption.

Experienced leader capable of managing hybrid in-house and vendor-based reporting platforms in a regulated financial services environment.
Operates effectively across global time zones and matrix organizations, balancing hands-on technical depth with strategic oversight.
