Lead design and implementation of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions including SailPoint deployment.
Manage IAM projects end-to-end: assessments, strategy, roadmap, and executing IAM solutions.
Serve as the primary contact for IAM incident response and support across the organization.
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 years of IT security/IAM experience with 5+ years in SailPoint, Microsoft, or CyberArk.
3+ years experience in Single Sign-On, Identity Federation, MFA, Identity Governance & Administration, and Privileged Access Management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field preferred.
Location: Pune (Hybrid). Relevant IAM certifications (CIAM, CIMP, CIST, CIPA, CIGE) preferred; SailPoint certification advantageous.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced IAM professional with deep expertise in SailPoint and Privileged Access Management technologies.
Able to independently manage full lifecycle IAM projects and confidently communicate across organizational levels.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO, NIST) and cloud security are advantageous.
