Lead design, engineering, and implementation of cybersecurity tooling across the product lifecycle including Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing and Software Composition Analysis.
Own and execute cybersecurity testing and vulnerability assessment activities for Smith+Nephew’s medical products and digital solutions.
Develop and maintain secure software development lifecycle practices and comprehensive threat models in collaboration with product teams.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with knowledge of security controls, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and code security.
Work location: Hybrid model with 2 days onsite in Kharadi, Pune; UK shift timings (12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST).
Preferred certifications include CISM, CISSP, CRISC or similar.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in cybersecurity for medical devices or regulated environments, ideally familiar with FDA and related standards (HIPAA, ISO 27001/2, NIST CSF, OWASP).
Technical stronghold in cybersecurity tools integration, cloud security frameworks, and network infrastructure controls.
Ability to independently lead technical strategy for security tooling with experience in threat modeling and secure software development lifecycle execution.
