Administer and manage Finance systems and applications supporting critical business processes, particularly Workday Financial modules.
Serve as primary process expert collaborating with developers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to support end-to-end business processes and implement enhancements.
Handle production support (L2/L3), resolve technical and functional issues, perform trend analysis, and drive automation to improve operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
6+ years hands-on experience with Workday Financial modules (e.g., Accounts Receivables, Payables, Assets, GL, Banking & Settlement).
Certified Workday expert in at least one Financial module.
Experience in accounting center, Prism Analytics, Workday security, integrations, and financial functional configurations.
Experience in a SOX compliant environment and handling incident/problem management at production level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in global ERP implementations including North America, EMEA, and APAC regions.
Comfortable working in Agile Scrum teams and collaborating across functions for AI/agentic workflow transformations.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform, MuleSoft CloudHub, or other Financial SaaS applications (Coupa, Concur) is a valuable plus.
