Work Experience Required: 10–12 years payroll experience; 5–7 years leadership in global/regional payroll operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader skilled in managing complex cross-country payroll operations and outsourced providers in a Global Business Services/shared services environment.
Strong capability in payroll compliance, controls (including SOX), audit frameworks, and regulatory interpretation with operationalizing experience.
Proficient in payroll systems, HRIS integration, automation tools (e.g., Power Automate), data analytics, and driving transformation through technology and process simplification.
