Manage end-to-end processing and servicing of Working Capital financial products including CC, OD, BG, LC, bill discounting, and supply chain finance.
Conduct documentation scrutiny, compliance checks, DVU and property verifications, and ensure adherence to sanction terms and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with multiple internal teams to resolve issues, support audits, and prepare management reports and dashboards.
Minimum Requirements
Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Banking, or related discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred.
4–7 years of experience in Working Capital Operations, Credit Operations, Trade Finance Operations, or Banking Operations.
Proficiency in MS Excel and core banking applications with hands-on knowledge of loan documentation and sanction conditions.
Experience with DVU checks and property verification processes, plus adherence to RBI guidelines and regulatory compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling high-volume operational workflows with strong risk and control orientation.
Skilled in cross-functional coordination involving Business, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Branch teams.
Demonstrates ownership in process improvement and operational efficiency through automation and accurate reporting.
