Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in Network/IT Infrastructure and Operations with strong hands-on enterprise network expertise.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Required certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation or equivalent, CCNA/CompTIA Network+ or equivalent, Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent.
Mandatory skills: Routing & Switching (LAN/WAN), network troubleshooting, firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent), VPN, Azure Networking, ITIL-based Incident, Problem and Change Management experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end enterprise network infrastructure and critical incident management with SLA/KPI adherence.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Project and Architecture teams and third-party vendors.
Capable of integrating AI-assisted tools into network operations responsibly, validating AI outputs and driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
