Lead technical development and delivery of Operator Training Simulator (OTS) projects including model building, tuning, integration with Yokogawa DCS/ESD systems.
Simulate and validate unit process dynamics covering all normal operations like start-up and shutdown, ensuring project completion on schedule and budget.
Serve as key technical interface with customers to address queries and provide leadership throughout all project phases.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of OTS experience in oil and gas, refinery, or chemical process industries.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering or related technology discipline.
Proficient knowledge of PFDs, P&IDs, C&Es, Operating Manuals, Equipment Data Sheets.
Experience with OTS software such as Omegaland, Unisim, Aspen Hysys, or DYNSIM.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in development and tuning of dynamic process simulation models and integration with control systems (Yokogawa DCS/ESD).
Capable of leading technical project delivery from concept design to validation and testing stages.
Comfortable engaging directly with customers and managing technical requirements across diverse project environments, including occasional short-term travel.
