Minimum Requirements
10+ years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication or equivalent.
Proficiency in Embedded C, C++, Python, and software architecture methodologies (e.g., ARC42).
Experience with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS, Zephyr), ARM Cortex Microcontrollers, embedded communication protocols, device drivers, and version control/CI-CD (Git, DevOps).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in embedded software architecture with strong technical leadership in power tool or similar embedded domains.
Capable of guiding architecture decisions and enforcing design standards across distributed development teams.
Skilled in stakeholder management and mentoring, with an ability to influence without formal authority.
