Oversee 24x7 security monitoring, incident detection, response, and threat hunting across enterprise IT, cloud, OT, and digital environments.
Manage and grow SOC engineering teams, drive engineering standards, continuous improvement, and align SOC technical strategy with enterprise cybersecurity objectives.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
8–12+ years of cybersecurity experience, with significant time in SOC engineering or detection engineering roles.
Proven experience leading technical engineering teams in enterprise environments.
Primary location requirement: Bangalore Karle Town SEZ.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting and optimizing large-scale security data platforms and log ingestion pipelines across diverse environments (cloud, endpoint, network, OT, SaaS).
Demonstrated hands-on expertise in detection engineering using attacker technique frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK and in automation/orchestration technologies (SOAR).
Capable of leading cross-functional collaboration with security operations, cloud, and architecture teams and managing 24x7 global security operations contexts.
