Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business requirements to support decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective BI solutions via data modeling, DAX calculations, and SQL query optimization.
Manage Power BI Service including report publishing, scheduled refreshes, access permissions, implementing Row-Level Security, and performance troubleshooting.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development and business intelligence roles.
Proficiency with Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query, and SQL including complex queries.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and dashboard performance optimization.
Willingness and ability to work onsite in Goa for 6 months, then relocate to Gurgaon.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced BI developer comfortable with end-to-end dashboard lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
Strong technical skills in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling indicating capability to handle complex data integration and transformation.
Familiarity with business metrics, KPIs, and analytical reporting requirements, indicating alignment with business intelligence functions.
