Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
6+ years of professional experience in software design, development, and deployment.
Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails, RESTful API design, NoSQL databases (preferably MongoDB), background job frameworks (Sidekiq), caching technologies (Redis), and automated testing with TDD.
Hybrid work mode requiring at least 2 days per week from Hyderabad office; occasional evening/weekend support may be needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in architecting scalable backend services and modular system designs for enterprise SaaS platforms.
Proficient in Agile/Scrum environments with strong skills in modern development tools including Git and AI-powered developer tools.
Capable of independently handling complex problems with strong ownership, mentoring junior team members effectively, and ensuring high code quality and maintainability.
