Minimum Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech. in Engineering (Postgraduate in Engineering or Management preferred).
Minimum 8 years experience in project or program management, product development, or engineering in a global matrixed organization.
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle, firmware, embedded systems development, and stage-gate product development processes.
Familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, JAMA, Confluence, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced program manager comfortable leading complex embedded systems product launches globally across multiple functions.
Strong skills in structured planning, risk management, change control, and cross-cultural stakeholder coordination.
Proven ability to deliver outcomes in regulated EMEA Life Safety domain with familiarity of applicable standards and product compliance requirements.
