Senior Manager, Technical Product Management

Lead and grow a team of technical product managers responsible for AI and ML-enabled products, managing product ownership and accountability for outcomes.

Own strategy, roadmap, and delivery for a portfolio of AI products, driving full product lifecycle including data readiness, model iteration, evaluation, and quality benchmarks.

Partner across business, technology, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI use, product execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business value tied to OKRs.

8+ years in Product Management with significant experience in technical or platform products.

3+ years of direct people management experience including hiring and performance management.

2+ years experience in healthcare payer environment supporting Data Science, software applications, and/or AI projects.

Experience delivering at least one AI or ML-enabled product into production with evaluation and quality measurement.

Experienced leader in managing AI/ML enabled technical product portfolios within regulated healthcare payer domain.

Proven ability to drive product strategy, scale product organizations, and influence senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.

Skilled in Agile delivery, modern tooling (Aha, Rally, GitHub), and balancing operational, engineering, and data team needs in complex, compliance-driven environments.
