Own and maintain the Revenue Operations project backlog in Jira with accountability for its accuracy, structure, and currency, including direct management of selected projects end to end.
Provide embedded delivery support across multiple Revenue Operations functions, driving cross-functional projects and unblocking dependencies between teams.
Act as the coordination point between Revenue Operations and stakeholders, ensuring timely communication, accountability, and resolution of risks to enable reliable delivery of commitments.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery management, including managing concurrent cross-functional projects.
Proven hands-on ownership and configuration experience with Jira as the system of record for delivery portfolios.
Must be based in Pune, India, with daily working overlap with EMEA and regular overlap with North America; willingness for occasional international travel.
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional delivery operations in revenue, sales, or business systems environments, particularly within revenue operations or sales operations.
Comfortable and effective in holding senior stakeholders accountable, managing escalations, and communicating status and risks clearly to executive audiences.
Strong operational rigor and bias toward clarity, with the ability to coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones and drive continuous improvement in delivery processes.
