Minimum Requirements
8-10+ years of relevant work experience in data science or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Python, statistical methods, feature engineering, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with NLP tools (spacy, Transformers, OCR), Generative AI (Large Language Models, prompt engineering), Azure ML or cloud AI/ML services, and ML Ops; Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance domain knowledge required.

Experienced in mentoring and guiding data science teams within complex business environments.
Skilled in implementing AI/ML solutions operationalized via cloud platforms, particularly Azure ML, with strong domain expertise in BFSI.
Able to communicate complex analytical insights effectively to stakeholders for decision-making and strategic impact.
