Own and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature delivery for HVAC/BMS IoT and SaaS/cloud products from concept to launch.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and cross-functional teams to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive high-quality feature development.
Manage product P&L including pricing, revenue, development costs, and ROI, while driving customer adoption and satisfaction improvements.
Minimum Requirements
6-12 years professional experience with at least 3 years in Product Management/Product Ownership or product development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, BMS/BAS, building automation, controls, and IoT platforms.
Experience with SaaS/cloud products, web portals, mobile apps, and working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, HVAC sequences, and BMS data.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end product lifecycle management with demonstrated ability to own product strategy and delivery in technical, distributed teams.
Domain expertise in HVAC, building automation, IoT platforms combined with strong analytical approach towards product P&L and ROI.
Comfortable working in a matrixed environment engaging with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams globally.
