About This Role

Architect and design scalable, secure Java backend services and APIs using Spring Boot and microservices.

Integrate AI/ML models for real-time inferencing by collaborating with data science teams and designing supporting APIs and data pipelines.

Lead full software development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, and enforcing best practices.

Minimum Requirements

9-15 years of backend development experience with strong Java expertise.

3+ years in a technical leadership or lead developer role with successful project delivery.

Experience with Spring Boot, microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in integrating AI/ML models into production backend systems and working cross-functionally with data scientists and machine learning engineers.

Strong strategic thinker able to own architecture and guide development teams in a fast-evolving technology environment.
