Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years as Scrum Master or Project Manager in software development environment.
Mandatory Scrum Master certification.
Proficiency with Scrum tools, specifically Jira, and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
Work Experience Required: 5 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in leading Agile development teams delivering projects on time and budget with strong Scrum mastery.
Strong communicator capable of managing diverse stakeholder relationships and working across global, cross-cultural teams.
Familiarity with HCM, Timekeeping, and Payroll applications is preferred but not mandatory.
