Director - Technical Consulting ( Salesforce Financial Services Cloud )

Lead and scale the Technical Architects team within the Salesforce Global Delivery Centre, including capacity planning, hiring, training, mentoring, and guiding CTA certification and AI upskilling.

Serve as a trusted advisor and lead Enterprise Architecture on client engagements, shaping architectural vision integrating scalable AI solutions and driving an AI-First Delivery & Engineering methodology.

Oversee project teams delivering Salesforce Industries Clouds solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, performance evaluation, risk management, and use of developer assistant tools to accelerate and secure delivery.

18+ years experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects.

Mandatory expertise in Salesforce technical domains including Salesforce Industries Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio and strong skills in Integration Architecture, Platform Security, IAM/Integration Security, Data Architecture, and Apex Design Patterns.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies: Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web/mobile technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Proficiency in English.

Experienced senior professional services leader with a track record of scaling global delivery centers and managing technical architecture teams.

Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise architecture engagements with large clients, integrating AI and emerging technologies into CRM solutions.
