Minimum Requirements
5-9 years overall experience with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML solution design and engineering.
Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Vertex AI/Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
Experience with cloud-native deployment on Azure, AWS, or GCP including containerization and CI/CD.
Bachelor of Engineering and MBA degrees required. Willingness to travel to client locations for extended engagements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in building production-grade Generative AI/LLM applications using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or agentic workflows.
Familiar with financial services compliance (GDPR, DORA, Basel III/IV) and BFS use cases like payments, trade finance, or lending workflows.
Strong leadership skills with stakeholder communication and mentoring experience in AI engineering teams.
