Recruitment Consultant

Lead generation and sourcing of nursing and healthcare staff through referrals, social media, and database mining.

Manage and maintain candidate pipeline including compliance, documentation, availability updates, and welfare calls to ensure strong customer experience.

Develop and maintain client relationships to maximize staffing opportunities and support healthcare staffing solutions.

Minimum 1 year of work experience in sales or customer service.

Comfortable working UK shifts and working from the office location.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Graduate or undergraduate degree welcomed but not mandatory.

Experienced in client relationship management and pipeline prioritization to efficiently source healthcare professionals.

Capable of managing compliance and documentation processes within recruitment or related fields.

Able to engage effectively with candidates and clients, demonstrating a focus on service delivery and healthcare staffing outcomes.
