Lead end-to-end execution of complex cloud-based technical programs related to Wi-Fi service platform features, performance, and certification.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, schedules, risk management, and recovery strategies for deviations.
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams including firmware, driver, hardware, QA, and product to ensure high-quality, timely delivery and stakeholder communication.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or relevant experience.
10+ years of work experience with hands-on software development background and prior transition from development to program management.
Prior experience working in the Wi-Fi domain including technical understanding of Wi-Fi protocols, firmware architecture, and ability to engage with firmware teams on architecture and risk management.
Experience managing agile software projects with fast schedules in rapidly growing organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing large-scale cloud and embedded software projects in the Wi-Fi or related networking domain.
Strong technical background with direct experience in software development and firmware integration in multi-disciplinary teams.
Capable of strategic and tactical thinking with strong leadership and communication skills to build consensus and resolve complex technical and resource conflicts.
