Senior Manager Warehouse Operations

Lead and manage complete warehouse operations at the Luhari facility, including daily activities, multi-channel fulfillment (B2B & D2C), and stakeholder coordination.

Drive warehouse setup, design improvements, process automation, and cost-efficient logistics planning aligned with business growth and KPI targets.

Oversee supplier and 3PL relationships, contract negotiations, compliance audits, inventory accuracy, and budget management across multiple sites.

6-8 years of relevant experience in logistics and warehouse management with B2C (E-commerce)/Retail supply chain experience mandatory.

Experience managing large warehouse sites (200,000+ sq ft); handling multiple sites is an added advantage.

Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP R3, EWM, S4Hana) and WMS (Increff, LEA REPLY) is required; understanding of logistic regulatory compliance mandatory.

Work Experience Required: 6-8 years relevant experience

Experienced leader able to manage large, complex supply chain operations with 100,000+ SKUs and multiple simultaneous projects balancing efficiency and cost optimization.

Strong stakeholder management and commercial acumen with capabilities in budget, P&L, and contract negotiations.

Technically savvy with functional expertise in warehouse operations, systems integration, audit management, and process improvements.
