Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.
Strong knowledge of Fire Detection Systems including Fire Alarm, VESDA, Linear Heat Detection, Fireman Intercom, Gas Suppression Detector components.
Experience with Simplex, Zettler, Xtralis, Securiton, and Wagner products; certifications in Simplex & VESDA are advantageous.
Preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in the design and estimation of Fire Detection Systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Familiar with local fire alarm codes and regulations, especially for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Blue Beam, and knowledgeable in network protocols like BACNet and Modbus.
Experience handling subcontractor/vendor engagement closely with procurement, demonstrating leadership and problem-solving in a technical pre-sales environment.
