Experience with talent acquisition systems like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri; Workday experience advantageous.
Location requirement: Based in Navi Mumbai with ability to support international time zones; Relocation assistance not provided.

Experienced in fast-paced, multi-regional recruitment across multinational and matrix organizations, especially India and North America markets.
Strong operational expertise in ATS/HCM systems focusing on data integrity and recruitment lifecycle management.
Capable of delivering strategic recruitment advice and innovative sourcing solutions under tight deadlines and complex hiring needs.
