Own and execute financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting processes for regional markets with a focus on accuracy and insightful variance analysis.
Drive process improvement initiatives and innovation in FP&A operations to enhance financial discipline, operational excellence, and customer experience internally and externally.
Collaborate with business leaders and global FP&A teams to develop strategies, monitor KPIs, manage risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
5-7 years of experience, preferably in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Location: Hyderabad, India with approximately 50% in-person work; minimal travel expected.
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, variance analysis and process improvement within FP&A.
Work Experience Required: 5-7 years in FP&A capacity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing end-to-end FP&A processes and capable of delivering data-driven financial insights to senior and regional leadership.
Proven track record in driving process standardization, innovation, and establishing KPIs in a complex, global finance environment.
Demonstrates strong collaboration skills with business, finance leadership and external networks, effectively managing stakeholder relationships across multiple levels and geographies.
