Lead the QA validation strategy and execution for the modernisation of MineStar platforms, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems.
Own and govern quality standards, test suites, and automation strategies covering functional, integration, system, and non-functional testing.
Make final decisions on validation approaches, quality gates, and deployment readiness to meet acceptance criteria and built-in quality goals.
Minimum Requirements
12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and automation testing, including leadership of multiple or large QA teams in enterprise or platform modernisation.
Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Cucumber and Playwright, and CI/CD tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, DevOps pipelines.
Strong expertise in manual testing concepts, test design techniques, and non-functional testing (performance, reliability, scalability, security).
Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week; relocation available; visa sponsorship not provided.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing complex platform modernisation QA efforts involving both legacy and modern systems in agile/SAFe environments.
Technical leader with strong risk assessment, decision-making ability, and a pragmatic approach balancing automation and manual testing.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to align validation with product intent and release readiness.
