Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing activities including accruals, amortization entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial statements with GAAP and internal policies, including SOX requirements; interface with finance teams and auditors.
Handle consolidation, inter-company transactions, fixed assets accounting, and variance analysis; participate in process improvements and system implementations.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years of overall professional experience with at least 4 years in Record-to-Report (R2R) including financial close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Degree in Accounting or relevant professional accountancy qualification mandatory.
Experience in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) preferably in an MNC.
On-site location requirement: Gurugram.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in US GAAP accounting standards and compliance.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft or large-scale ERP financial systems.
Capable of fulfilling SLAs with onshore finance teams and improving internal financial procedures.
