Manage inventory control including tracking stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and performing audits using FIFO methods.
Execute goods receipt and dispatch activities, preparing and verifying Goods Receipt Notes, inspecting shipments for discrepancies or damage.
Maintain accurate stock transaction records in ERP software (e.g., SAP), and coordinate with procurement, production, finance, and vendors to process purchase orders and bills.
Minimum Requirements
1 to 4 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise software such as SAP, Oracle, or other ERP tools.
On-site location requirement: Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 40.

Experienced in managing inventory and stock control using ERP systems to minimize loss and shrinkage.
Operates with strong attention to detail and can effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams including procurement and finance.
Prior experience maintaining safety and organizational compliance in storage or warehouse environments.
