Minimum Requirements
12-18 years of total experience with B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science.
10+ years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role in product development.
10+ years experience in core Java including advanced features (streams, functional programming, virtual threads).
5+ years experience in Spring Boot and related Spring features; 4+ years designing and driving microservices architecture; 4+ years contributing to HLD, LLD, code reviews, clean code, and SOLID principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced senior software architect with a strong background in large-scale systems and microservices architecture.
Deep expertise in Java ecosystem and modern Java features, proficient in workflow frameworks (e.g., Temporal, Apache Airflow) and reactive programming.
Capable of leading complex technical projects, guiding teams, and driving architectural decisions aligned with business objectives.
