12+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance, Software Qualification, SDET, or related roles.
Minimum 2-3 years managing QA/SDET/Qualification teams.
Proficient with automation tools like Selenium and Playwright; unit testing frameworks such as TestNG; CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced techno-manager balancing ~60% hands-on technical contributions with ~40% people leadership responsibilities.
Strong background in test automation and quality engineering in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with cloud/native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and exposure to AI/GenAI testing solutions is a plus but not mandatory.
