Derivatives - Manager

Manage day-to-day operations and performance of OTC trade processing team ensuring accurate trade and valuation processing according to procedures.

Lead process improvement initiatives, compliance adherence, and client relationship management for OTC derivatives trading operations.

Plan and deliver projects, oversee resource planning including succession and staff development, and act as escalation point for operational and technical issues.

Bachelor's degree or above.

9+ years in financial services or back/middle-office operations with mandatory derivatives trade processing experience.

Minimum 2 years in people/team management in roles such as Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

Flexibility to work in shifts required.

Experienced operations manager with deep knowledge of OTC derivatives and complex financial instruments.

Proven leadership in managing teams, driving efficiency improvements, and delivering client service KPIs.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with ability to manage change within financial services operations.
