Develop and operationalize AI-driven automated architecture governance, embedding continuous conformance and resilience scoring into design and CI/CD workflows.
Establish and chair architecture governance forums, mentor architects, maintain resilience pattern libraries, and integrate governance data with incident and ITSM systems for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 18+ years of technology experience with extensive enterprise architecture practice.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI/LLM-based systems and implementing governance-as-code integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong foundation in software engineering, ability to read code and build automation for architecture compliance.
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid role). Work Experience Required: 18+ years in technology with EA experience at scale.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven strategic advisor and thought leader in enterprise architecture for large scale or regulated organizations, preferably financial services.
Experienced in embedding AI-driven automated governance and resilience practices deeply into engineering and architecture workflows.
Comfortable working across multiple architecture domains and interfacing with senior technology and business leadership to drive modernization and risk-balanced investments.
