Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, and Autogen.
Develop and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and build robust evaluation, monitoring, and logging frameworks for agent performance and safety.
Contribute to the improvement of AI agent architecture and capabilities, and create documentation and best practices for agent development.
Minimum Requirements
Work Experience Required: 2 to 3 years in relevant AI or automation roles.
Mandatory advanced Python programming skills including async programming and API development.
Proficiency with vector databases, embedding models, prompt engineering, LLM optimization techniques, and implementation of RAG pipelines.
Education Required: Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering (BE, ME, M.Tech), MBA, or MCA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on experience with autonomous agents and LangChain framework.
Demonstrated knowledge in safety principles for AI agents and handling hallucinations in AI outputs.
Experience with modern software development practices including Git, CI/CD, testing, and familiarity with multiple LLM providers and container technologies is advantageous.
