Lead Reckitt's enterprise-wide transformation agenda focusing on continuous improvement, process standardization, and digital enablement across assigned functions or hubs.

Manage a portfolio of high-impact improvement initiatives delivering measurable value in efficiency, cost reduction, experience enhancement, and risk mitigation.

Drive adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, digital tools, and automation while coaching teams and partnering with senior stakeholders in complex, global environments.

13+ years of extensive experience in enterprise transformation, specifically within Finance process transformation (Order to cash, Procure to pay, Record to Report).

Master Black Belt certification in Six Sigma or equivalent expertise in process excellence methods.

Experience managing a portfolio of transformation programs including governance and benefit tracking.

Role based in Hyderabad; willingness to work out of this location implied.

Proven track record in driving process and operational excellence across global functions and process owners, preferably in CPG, GBS, or large-scale transformations.

Experience influencing and aligning senior stakeholders within matrixed, multicultural organizations.

Strong background in deploying Lean Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks, and digital transformation including automation and analytics.
